Return Policy

If Returns are accepted with your item, you may return your item if still new with tags attached to the item. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. If the item is in used condition with tags unattached, your return may not be accepted and may be returned C.O.D.

Please package item properly to avoid shipping damage. Helmets should be in helmet bag, open side down in box. Include your name and return request. No RA# is required. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

You can make an exchange if your item is still new with tags attached and within 30 days of receiving your item. There are 2 ways to exchange your item. The fastest method - place a new order and return your first order as a regular return. The alternative method - ship your item to us with your name and note to exchange your item. Buyer is responsible for ALL Shipping charges. .

Shipping

Combined Shipping is offered for multiple items won or purchased. Please wait for a combined shipping invoice before sending payment so we can ensure shipping charges are correct.

We only ship to Paypal Confirmed addresses. Please make sure your Paypal shipping address is confirmed before purchasing items.

If we offer a Free Shipping promotion, this only applies to the 48 contiguous states.

Lost/Shipping Damage/Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged in shipping.
