A purchase at the BIN price receives free domestic shipping - should you choose this option please contact me because the eBay system doesn't have the ability to process this option automatically. TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ: A bid or purchase implies an understanding of & agreement to the terms. PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal & payment is expected within 2 days of purchase; I reserve the right to relist or offer to next highest bidder if you do not pay in a timely manner & a no payment case will be opened automatically after 4 days. For everybody's protection, I only ship to the confirmed address in the PayPal payment confirmation notice. SHIPPING: I personally only ship to addresses in the USA & just to the address in the PayPal confirmation notice. International shipping is done solely thru the eBay Global Shipping Program - no exceptions. If you don't know eBay charges sellers the same fee on shipping as they do on the item so I have no option but to pass that charge along; therefore, I charge a small handling fee of about a dollar depending upon the packaging necessary. If you would like combined shipping for multiple purchases, I'll be happy to do that wherever it is economically the best choice. I don't recommend shipping options other than Priority Mail because by the time insurance is added (I will NOT ship without insurance) any savings is nominal plus with economy shipping the package is in the USPS system at least twice as long which increases the chance for loss or damage. One of the challenges of selling here is accurately estimating shipping costs in my ads (which is why I prefer to use Priority Mail Flat Rate) & while I have become good at doing so, occasionally I really guess wrong - if my estimate is too low, I absorb the difference. Once payment is confirmed, I do my best to ship the same day; however, occasionally I'm out of town in search of the next treasure and it may take longer to ship your package. If that is the situation, I will notify you & I apologize in advance for any inconvenience. REFUND POLICY: This item is offered in as-is, as-found condition with no guarantees or warranties implied or given other than to be in the described condition. I DO NOT offer refunds, please let that register, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, except in cases of misrepresentation & this will probably not happen as I do my best to accurately describe all items; so PLEASE if you have any questions, contact me before bidding or buying & I'll answer promptly. Ask all the questions you'd like to feel satisfied that the listed item is what you want - I'm happy to answer so that you'll be comfortable with the decision to buy - but if there's ANY indecision, please look elsewhere as I want happy customers, not disgruntled customers because I won't issue a refund when they change their minds or are struck by buyer's remorse. PURCHASE CANCELLATION: It's unfortunate I must include a comment on such a situation but due to recent events, I must regretfully do so. Most of y'all are honorable, responsible folks - it is not to you who I am speaking. This is meant for those folks who are dishonorable or deceitful or devious or dishonest or perhaps just plain ol' clueless: If you bid on any item, that implies an obligation to pay should you win; if you win the bid on any of my items that represents an agreement to pay within 48 hrs. on your part & for me to provide timely the described item. DO NOT ask nor demand for any reason that I cancel the order. I will NOT do it. What I will do is report you when you fail to pay. FEEDBACK: I'm happy to give good feedback where deserved. I do my best to earn your good feedback, so if you're satisfied, please let me & future customers know about it & I'll return the favor. If you're not satisfied, give me a chance to work it out before entering bad feedback. Thanks for looking & good luck |

Maybach Coupe – we warned you it was coming!
Thu, 20 May 2010The Maybach Coupe Mercedes have really tried hard to get the world to love its Playstation on wheels dressed up in its finest woods and leathers and given the moniker of a long dead marque. But the wealthy of this world seem to have made it clear – the Maybach is a bit of a loser. It shouts too loud; it tries too hard and it costs too much.
Infiniti to enter Australia. Will the Ozzies notice?

Worth a read: Wired's 'Why Getting It Wrong Is the Future of Design'
Thu, 25 Sep 2014Wired has just published a series of short articles entitled 13 Lessons for Design's New Golden Age. While there are some interesting examples cited in the piece, the concluding article, ‘Why Getting It Wrong Is the Future of Design' by the former creative director of Wired magazine, Scott Dadich, feels like it has particular resonance for car design. Dadich's Wrong Theory uses disruptive examples from the world of art, plus his own experience of working at Wired, to explain how design goes through phases: establishing a direction, creating a set of rules that define that direction and finally someone who dares to break from that direction.
