For sale is an engine cylinder head pulled from a 1992 190E. Head is in excellent condition and free from any cracks or deformities. Head will need to be planed prior to installation. Complete with valves, rockers and camshaft. This head will fit W124 300E 2.6L years 1990-1992, and all W201 190E 2.6L years 1987-1993. Thanks!

Anders Warming to replace Gert Hildebrand as Design Director at Mini

Gert Volker Hildebrand will pass the reigns to current Head of Exterior Design at BMW Cars, Anders Warming, the German automaker announced today. Gert Hildebrand has overseen the entire development and evolution of the Mini range since the introduction of the 'new' Mini, designed by Frank Stephenson in 2000.

The rumours were vague – even from Carrozzeria who simply stated “Inspired by the success and the extraordinary characteristics of Bentley automobiles, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera of Milan, with the support of Bentley Motors Limited, developed and built a fascinating new coach built Bentley, faithful to its long tradition of Italian coach building.” Which told us not a whole lot. But we now know that what Carrazzeria are planning is a Bentley Continental Shooting Brake – effectively a Bentley Continental GT Estate.
