Barn find. Needs to be restored.
Brand:Mercedes-Benz Warranty:No Placement on Vehicle:Front

For sale today is a 1955-1963 Mercedes Benz 190 SL hood.

From my interpretation, this will fit any 190SL in that year range.

Condition: This was a barn find. It needs to be professionally restored. No major dents. Near the front of the hood, the outer aluminum seems to be separating from the bottom metal a small amount. There is no emblem included

Location: This part is located in Southern Ontario, CANADA. US buyers please be aware of possible custom import fees and taxes

Shipping: Local pick-up will be free and payment accepted in Cash. Please email me for a shipping and handling quote, as I do not currently have a reliable estimate to give to everyone universally. The price that is listed is just a dummy amount. This is due to the size of the hood, and differences between shipping in Canada and the United States.

Payment: Paypal is accepted or Cash during local pickup.

2012 Mercedes B-Class: First interior photos

Fri, 29 Jul 2011

2012 Mercedes B-Class Interior - first photo We’re expecting the 2012 Mercedes B-Class to be a big jump on from the current car - certainly in quality and dynamic terms – when it arrives at Frankfurt. And if the photo we’ve had in this morning of the 2012 B-Class’s interior is anything to go by, we’re not going to be too disappointed. We already know that the new B-Class is growing in size and that it will get all new engines with same direct injection as the BlueDIRECT (let’s just hope Mercedes now has the injector problems the C and E Class suffered under control) and a choice of either a six-speed manual or a  new 7G-DCT ‘box, which will be a huge improvement on the dreadful rubber band box in the old B-Class.

Saab gets approval for voluntary reorganization on appeal

Wed, 21 Sep 2011

...and Victor Muller smiles Victor Muller never says die, and the news that Saab has, after all, been granted the right to court protection from its creditors for a period of reorganisation has vindicated his stubborn refusal to give up on Saab. The Court of Appeal in Gothenburg has this morning overturned an earlier judgement by the District Court in Vänersborg which rejected Saab’s application to get the court’s protection during a period of ‘reorganisation’, which you can read as ‘Waiting for the dosh to arrive from China’. The news last week that Rachel Pang – a director of Pang Da, one of Saab’s putative investors – has come out in a very bullish way about the prospects for the investment by Pang Da and Youngman getting the final rubber stamp from China’s NDRC in Beijing won’t have harmed Saab’s case one bit.

Rolls-Royce reveals first Wraith teaser

Wed, 23 Jan 2013

Rolls-Royce has released the first teaser image of the its upcoming Wraith coupé. The image, which confirms that the Wraith is a fastback based on the Ghost, shows a chrome bezel surrounding the rakish DLO as well as rear-hinged doors, as have become an RR trademark. What we can't yet see is the treatment of the nose and tail.
