Payment must be completed within (3) days of auction close.  If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, you must notify us in advance, and the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within (2) days.

Ebay will automatically file a un-paid item dispute against the buyer if payment is not made on the 3rd day.

6% Sales tax is added to the auction if the ship to address is the same state as the seller which is California. 

Returns:

We will glady accept return of the goods only if they are not exactly as described in this listing. Returns are accepted within 3 days from the time you receive the item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, or a refund will not be granted. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving refund approval. The goods are inspected to ensure ownership and a refund will be provided. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in original condition, and include all packaging material. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Shipping is non refundable. Speaking during the European launch of the new Lexus GS300h – the new entry-level hybrid in the executive GS range – Lexus UK director, Richard Balshaw, revealed that 97% of all Lexus sold in the UK next year are likely to be hybrids. The GS300h’s deputy chief engineer, Yukihiro Kito, als confirmed to MSN Cars that the return of diesel-powered Lexus vehicles is unlikely to happen any time soon – if at all.
