Range Rover Evoque updated for Frankfurt Motor Show 2013
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Land Rover has updated the Range Rover Evoque for 2014 with a series of new technological features. The key addition is a new nine-speed automatic gearbox but the firm says detail changes have been made throughout – making it smarter, more tech-savvy and greener. The new Range Rover Evoque will be revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month, before going on sale later in 2013 in time for the 2014 model year.

September saw new car registrations hit 403,136 – the highest figure for five and a half years – and the first time since 2008 new car registrations have broken the 400k barrier. Even before the Toyota GT 86 hit the roads we were expecting a convertible version to be not far behind. In fact, Toyota’s chief engineer, Tetsuya Tada, confirmed last month that the GT86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S was conceived as a convertible and that Toyota are working on a production version.
