I have a Mercedes-Benz OM636 4cyl diesel. These were used in all kinds of things. Mercedes Benz 170D and 180 diesel cars, Unimogs and sailboats. Some were set up to run generators. This one Appears to be a commercial application set up or even Marine use judging by the bell housing.
It's a complete motor and I ran it a few seconds on a shot of ether. I will post the youtube video link below. I also have a short block with similar housing. I have no way to ship this. It is WHERE-IS and AS-IS! Come and get it. I do have an engine hoist I can lift it into a pick up truck or minivan etc. Or I will work with whomever you send to pick it up. Wed, 20 May 2009Vauxhall has revealed the Vauxhall Insignia VXR Sports Tourer to go on sale later this year So the Vauxhall Insignia VXR Sports Tourer joins the saloon and hatchback to make a full set of hot Insignias. The VXR Sports Tourer gets the same engine as its siblings, namely a 2.8 litre V6 twin-turbo with 325bhp, 4WD and a six speed gearbox. It sports the big air intakes at the the front and the same aggressive body styling as the other VXR models, but with a big estate lump on the back.

The VW XL1 arrived at the Qatar Motor Show in 2011, a two-seater diesel-electric hybrid with a design that looks like it came from a 1920s view of the future, and claims of a gazillion miles to the gallon. At the time VW debuted the XL1 we reckoned there was as much chance of it going in to production as McLaren’s latest Formula One car making it in to a showroom, and that the XL1 was just a test bed for all the future tech that might just find its way in to Volkswagen’s road cars.
