This are the camshaft towers removed from a 1968 200D OM621 diesel engine. 
This is part number 6210511010, this number for first position on the cam, this is the one the oil pipe goes into.
It is used but in good shape, look over the pictures to determine if it meets you requirements.
If you are thinking of using in other than a OM621 engine please make sure it will work before you buy. The only engine I know it works on is the OM621
