This Exhaust Manifold is from a 240D that the bottom end was taken out by a fella who didn't watch his oil level. It was a sound part prior too me starting to refurbishing process. I started with de-greasing the part and Cabinet Sand Blasting with Glass Beads-I then refinished with HIGH heat paint by VHT-and looks great. It did have some pitting but nothing major or causing this part too fail. It is ready too mount and you will have too do nothing too this part.

Sliding doors figure this time round to give the Sharan a dose of car park practicality.

The new Ford Grand C-Max has sliding doors, another first for the Blue Oval in this segment, to help passengers climbing into the two rows of rear seats. No more excuses for dinged door panels in car parks!
