Mercedes-Benz W123 wagon tail lights, OEM left and right sides.

There are a few micro cracks on the lenses, but nothing that would limit the functionality. See pictures for detail. Also, on one tail light the back cover that holds the bulbs have some of the tabs broken, so it wouldn't hold. Once installed it can be simply glued to the base. 

These tail lights are pretty hard to find.
