Infiniti to build new compact hatch at Sunderland from 2015

Infiniti will build its new posh family hatchback at Nissan's Sunderland factory from 2015. The landmark contract will create 1000 new jobs in the UK, 280 of which will be in the Sunderland plant itself. It's the latest thumbs up for the facility, which currently stamps out around 2000 new Nissans every day.

The last shenanigans we had with Nurburgring records was with the Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR setting a Nurburgring time of 7:12.13 which, although very quick – and claimed as a Nurburgring record – wasn’t actually a record at all. Pandora now available for 2011 BMW models

A free Pandora Internet radio iPhone app is now available for 2011 BMW models that use the BMW Apps feature. Popular features available through the app include access to existing stations, creating new stations, the ability to thumbs-up or thumbs-down tracks and the option to bookmark songs. To stream Pandora, the iPhone is linked to the car via a USB cable or through the center armrest with an available snap-in adapter.
