Motoring Research New fixed penalties for careless driving – including needlessly hogging the middle-lane of the motorway – come into force on Friday 16 August. Halfords Autocentres carried out a study about how winter affects motorists and found that experiences of impatient, aggressive and inconsiderate driving increase at this time of year.
