Lexus LFA supercar is sold out, Toyota says

Toyota has sold all 500 copies of the Lexus LFA supercar that it plans to build. Toyota will build only 20 copies of the 552-hp two-seater per month for a two-year period beginning in December. Each car carries a $375,000 base sticker price.

Last month I returned from my second consecutive Nurburgring 24hr race, so I was excited to be getting my first taste of Le Mans last weekend. Two very similar concepts, yet the endurance races at the Ring and Le Mans differ hugely, and both excite for very different reasons. Ginetta G60 Ginetta don’t have the biggest profile in the car world, but they’ve been around – on and off – for over 50 years. Based until the late ’80s up the road from us in Witham, Ginetta was bought by a bunch of enthusiasts, relocated to Yorkshire and seems to be doing alright after a change of ownership in 2007. Alright enough to reveal the Ginetta G60 this week, anyway.
