This is for a Mercedes SLK OEM Trunk mount for the factory 6-disc player.  Its a good part with no damage and comes with the mounting screws for unit and CD player.  These brackets bolt into existing threaded holes in the trunk.

 

This will fit on other Mercedes SLK models and years 98-04.  Buyer is responsible to verify compatibility or check with the dealer to make sure this works/fits on your vehicle before bidding.

Google Glasses driver has ticket torn up

An American driver who was fined for driving while wearing Google Glasses has had the ticket torn up. Cecilia Abadie was stopped by police in California who said the Google Glass digital spectacles fell foul of laws banning drivers from watching TV when behind the wheel. Roof leaks dampen Autorama

The Detroit Autorama was marred last weekend by a leaky roof that spilled salty, rusty water onto several custom cars. The leaks were caused by a combination of heavy precipitation--Detroit has had one of the snowiest winters in recent memory that gave way to an early March rainstorm--which pummeled an aging roof. Water fell to the show floor in six spots, temporarily damaging seven or eight cars.
