Fully tested and works like it should.
Manufacturer Part Number:1705400050 Warranty:Yes Placement on Vehicle:Left Country/Region of Manufacture:Germany Surface Finish:original

This Mercedes W110 or W111 fuse block was pulled from a 1962 W110 and is in excellent condition.  There are no cracks and all the connections are passing current with no cross currents from one fuse to another.

These are subject to cracking due to heat from under the hood and from too much current being passed through them.  Over time they will fail to pass current due to breaking down inside and the only cure is to replace them.

This one is fully tested and comes from a car that was in storage for many years.  It is ready to install and comes as you see it with the block and the block gasket.  The cover is not included.

The block gasket is still flexible and should make a nice seal when the cover is attached.

And of course this is covered by a 14 day money back offer.

Shipping is available worldwide but if you are outside of the US then please request a shipping quote prior to bidding.

Crash scams warning to drivers

Mon, 02 Dec 2013

MOTORISTS have been urged to be on the look-out for criminals staging crashes with their vehicles to make money out of insurance claims. Experts said Bradford and Birmingham were the most likely places for innocent drivers to be caught up in "Crash for Cash" scams but Bolton, Manchester, London, Liverpool and Halifax are also hotspots, and staged accidents can happen anywhere and any time. The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) and Crimestoppers appealed for information on those making bogus claims, in a crime that collectively costs policyholders more than £390 million every year.

Chrysler is crushing 93 pre-production Dodge Vipers

Thu, 06 Mar 2014

Chrysler has ordered 93 first-generation Dodge Vipers to be crushed, including what is believed to be the fourth Viper ever made. A Chrysler representative sent a letter to South Puget Sound Community College, which currently owns the Viper with VIN# 4, informing them that they must crush the car within two weeks. Automakers regularly donate unsellable non-street legal vehicles to automotive-engineering programs at colleges and universities, reserving the right to order the vehicles destroyed for insurance purposes.

BMW's new 5-series next for hybrid power

Wed, 28 Oct 2009

The new BMW 5-series being launched this winter is likely to be the next BMW to receive the ActiveHybrid system pioneered on the petrol-electric 7-series and X6 models. BMW engineers admit they can't rely on sales of the pricey hybrid 7-series and X6 to justify the development costs, even though these range-topping halo hybrids were jointly developed with Daimler and GM. Senior sources have indicated that the new 2010 5-series will be the next BMW to get an ActiveHybrid model.
