New MINI 5-door Hatch starts rolling off the production line in Oxford MINi are wasting no time in getting the new 5-door MINI Hatch in to production following its reveal at the start of June, with the firs 5-door MINIs already rolling off the production line at MINI’s Oxford Plant. Playing on the predilection for Hollywood to use British actors as the villain, Jaguar’s F-Type Coupe campaign will have a ‘British Villians’ theme and pose the question: “Have you ever noticed how in Hollywood movies, all the villains are played by Brits?” Featuring ‘Renowned British Actors’ (yes, your guess is as good as ours) and launching the hashtag #GoodToBeBad , the new advert is being filmed by Brit Director Tom Hopper in London.

U-turn for wheelchair row taxi firm

A TAXI firm that refused to pick up wheelchair users has had to perform a U-turn. Middlesbrough-based Boro Cars, the largest taxi firm in the North East, had originally said refusing disabled passengers was "morally wrong", but it brought in the policy anyway. The firm insists that minibuses cost drivers more to rent and that the standard fares, which are the only fares that can be charged to disabled passengers, are not high enough to earn operators any money.
