PRICE REDUCED! GET THIS GENUINE USED BOSCH LEFT FRONT WINDOW MOTOR FASTER WITH FREE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING TO YOUR CONFIRMED USA ADDRESS!! SEE SHIPPING DETAILS! TO CONFIRM PROPER PLACEMENT OF THIS MOTOR ON THE MERCEDES W124, IMAGINE STANDING BEHIND YOURS. YOUR LEFT SIDE IS ALSO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR. SO WITH THAT SAID, THIS MOTOR FITS THE LEFT FRONT WINDOW LOCATION OF THE 1990 TO 1995 MERCEDES W124 FOUR DOOR MODELS. SIMPLY MATCHING THE TOOTH COUNT ON A MOTOR WILL NOT GUARANTEE PROPER FITMENT. MERCEDES MOTOR DESIGNS NOT ONLY VARY WITH TOOTH COUNT, BUT ALSO WITH GEAR HEIGHT FROM THE GEAR BOX FACE. SOME REGULATORS REQUIRE A DEEPER GEAR REACH THAN OTHERS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR OLD MOTOR PART NUMBER MATCHES PART NUMBER 0130821260. THIS MOTOR IS ALSO KNOWN IN THE MERCEDES PARTS CATALOG AS PART NUMBER 0048205142. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHY YOUR LEFT FRONT WINDOW WILL NOT MOVE, AND YOU ARE A DO IT YOURSELF INDIVIDUAL, I HAVE A TEST YOU CAN DO. THIS TEST IS DIRECTLY TO THE WINDOW MOTOR. THIS TEST WILL ISOLATE THE MOTOR FROM THE REST OF THE CAR'S ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THE MOTOR FROM THE REGULATOR FOR THIS TEST. YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL. AND YOU WILL NEED A 12 VOLT POWER SUPPLY LIKE A BATTER CHARGER. REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL AND LOOK TO THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF THE DOOR FOR THE JUNCTION BLOCK. THE JUNCTION BLOCK IS SIMILAR TO THE ONE YOU NOW SEE ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR IN THIS LISTING. I AM INCLUDING THIS JUNCTION BLOCK AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE JUST IN CASE YOU DISCOVER, AS I OFTEN DO, YOUR JUNCTION BLOCK IS BROKEN. OR IT BREAKS WHEN YOU ATEMPT TO REMOVE SCREWS SEIZED IN PLACE WITH RUST. REMOVE THE SCREWS IN THE JUNCTION BLOCK AND PULL THE MOTOR'S GREEN AND BLACK WIRES FREE OF IT. CONNECT THE BATTERY CHARGER'S POSITIVE CABLE TO THE MOTOR'S GREEN WIRE. CONNECT THE CHARGER'S NEGATIVE CABLE TO THE MOTOR'S BLACK WIRE. THIS FIRST CONNECTION MAY NOT PRODUCE A RESULT AS IT MAY BE A COMMAND TO RAISE AN ALREADY RAISED WINDOW. DID THE WINDOW MOVE NORMALLY WITH THIS FIRST CONNECTION? YES? GREAT! NOW REVERSE THE WIRES. REVERSE THE WIRES ANYWAY IF THE WINDOW DID NOT MOVE WITH THIS FIRST CONNECTION. THIS MEANS TO CONNECT THE CHARGER'S POSITIVE CABLE TO THE MOTOR'S BLACK WIRE. CONNECT THE CHARGER'S NEGATIVE CABLE TO THE MOTOR'S GREEN WIRE. DID THE WINDOW MOVE NORMALLY OR RETURN TO IT'S ORIGINAL POSITION? YES? GREAT! YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE YOUR MOTOR. IF THE WINDOW DID NOT MOVE NO MATTER WHICH CONNECTION WAS USED, IT IS LIKELY YOUR MOTOR NEEDS REPLACED. OR A CAST METAL REGULATOR THAT THIS MOTOR WILL NOT FIT. |

Top Gear Tonight: Ferrari F12, BAC Mono, Ron Howard & the world’s best taxi
Sun, 07 Jul 2013Jeremy drives the BAC Mono (pictured) in tonight’s Top Gear Tonight’s second episode of series 20 of Top Gear gets back to the usual format. The new reasonably priced car is in action for the first time as film director Ron Howard – who’s just done Rush, which chronicles the rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauder during the 1976 F1 season – gets behind the wheel of the Vauxhall Astra to set a lap, talk about cars and his new film. Jeremy Clarkson gets to play with the stunning Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, which with 731bhp, 0-62mph of just 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 211mph should induce more than a grin or two from Jezza as he takes to the roads of Scotland.
