Item Description: This is the rear center console storage compartment/box from a 1992 500E. I installed a brand new one to replace mine (Mercedes part number 124-840-11-74-8412, current MSRP is $690 USD as of May 2012). The box overall is in good condition, including the wood shutter. There are a few cracks on the clearcoat of the front wood piece, which you can see in the photos. The color is Cream-Beige (interior color code 275) which is correct for 124 models through 1993. This color is sometimes inaccurately referred to as "Mushroom" or "Saffron". (Note: The 1994-95 W124 models with interior code 275 have Parchment color, which is similar, but NOT the same as Cream-Beige. If your car is a 1994-1995 model with Parchment interior, this Cream-Beige box will not be an exact match.) This console box also fits W124 coupes and Sportline sedans with a console box between the rear seats. The console box is 22 inches long. The front is wider/taller than the rear. The front is approx 9" wide an 7" tall, the rear is approx 7" wide and 4" tall.

Sorry, I don't have the matching side pockets, only the center console.

Subaru BRZ Turbo confirmed

Tue, 06 Dec 2011

Subaru BRZ Turbo - which should be good for 300bhp Subaru in the US has confirmed that they are planning to build a turbo version of the new Boxer engine in the BRZ to create the Subaru BRZ Turbo. Finally, after promises that it was on its way for what seems like ever, we saw the arrival of the production versions of the Subaru BRZ and Toyota FT-86  at Tokyo (which had a small name change and arrive as the GT86). But what was a disappointment was that despite Subaru saying the BRZ would come with ‘less than 300bhp’, it actually came with almost exactly the same power as the GT 86 – a much less enticing 200bhp.
