Citroen is working on a '3CV', a radical new entry-level model positioned between C1 and C3. Imagine the previous C2 pepped up by the glittery polish that's made the DS3 such a success, and you're not far off Citroen's new city car vision. Stock-car legend Richard Petty is in the market for a few new cars: a couple of Ferraris, a pair of Lamborghinis, an Audi R8 and a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. That's because the Richard Petty Driving Experience is branching out from offering rides and drives in NASCAR-style stock cars. Beginning in January, at least one of the Petty facilities will offer rides and drives in exotic cars.

Volkswagen AG on Thursday released a sketch of the mid-sized sedan that will be built at VW's factory now under construction in Chattanooga, Tenn. The mid-sized sedan, which has yet to be named, will be slightly larger than the Passat. VW plans to build 150,000 units annually when the factory opens in early 2011.
