2014 Nissan Qashqai close to being driverless

Nissan has revealed that the new 2014 Qashqai is just one step away from becoming a self-driving car. Packed with technology, the Qashqai can already do an awful lot with little driver input, including park, read road signs and avoid collisions. They raced a Tornado fighter bomber, one of the world's most sophisticated and capable interdiction and attack aircraft. Lined up on the 1.8 mile-long runway at Ghedi military base near Brescia in Italy, the 650bhp mid-engined supercar looked a little short of muscle compared to the two-seater Tornado.

BMW revives four-cylinders for better mileage

BMW is bringing four-cylinder engines back to the U.S. market as one response to the scheduled increase in fuel-economy regulations. BMW quit selling the four-cylinders for its 3-series lineup in 1999 because of low demand, but gasoline cost only $1.14 per gallon at the time.
