Item (M129)  Mercruiser ICU module current p/n on this part is 861254T02.  this came in a NOS parts inventory i purchased.  there was no box, it does appear to have been plugged in (marks of terminals), however there are  no mounting bolt marks, where it would have been screwed down.  Maybe it didn't fix the problem and was put back on shelf, who knows.  Anyway,  because of this it is listed as USED i have not tested it but will guarantee it to work.    parts pictured are the parts you will receive.    Please bid with confidence because your  SATISFACTION is GUARANTEED!!  If you are not satisfied with this item it can be returned within 30 days for a refund.  You will receive quality packing and prompt shipping.   Item will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
