Mercruiser 7.4l Mpi Bravo Engine 454 Stern Drive Gen 6 on 2040-parts.com
Santa Rosa, California, United States
Greetings, Up for Bid is a 1998 Mercruiser 7.4L 454 MPI Bravo Engine. Sterndrive Gen 6. It came out of a customers boat simply because it had leaky exhaust manifolds. It had just over 800hrs on it. It had meticulous maintenance done to it. The owner was a retired Commercial air line pilot and gave it a lot of attention. It runs as it should. The oil is still clean. He spent most of his time puttering around marinas and running the motor to keep things charged up. This engine would be a great drop in replacement. It is mounted so that it can be bench run and tested. I am willing to ship it just give me a call to work out the details. Good luck bidding, Thanks. Bryan 707 975 8080. Best time to call is around noon on my lunch break or leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP.

Bahrain Grand Prix (2013) RESULT
Sun, 21 Apr 2013Nico Rosberg put in a cracking lap in qualifying for the 2013 Bahrain Grand Prix to take pole position, but the Mercedes did look like it might have problems with tyre degradation in the race. With Sebastian Vettel lurking alongside and Fernando Alonso right behind, it was a big ask for the German to turn his pole position in to a win, and so it transpired. Alonso managed to briefly get past Vettel at the start of the race, but Vettel soon got his second place back and within a couple of laps had taken Rosberg for the lead.
Ferrari plans ‘Super’ LaFerrari – quicker, lighter and MUCH more expensive
Sun, 05 May 2013Update: Ferrari has been on the phone to say they are NOT planning a ‘Super’ LaFerrari and that the story is as a result of a misunderstanding. We did wonder, when Ferrari revealed LaFerrari – complete with stupid name – if the only way to go in the future would be a LaLa Ferrari. It seems we won’t have to wait long to find out.
Volvo’s ‘World Premier’ is a bit of a damp squib
Fri, 17 May 2013We had been hoping – and, to a degree, expecting – that Volvo’s big ‘World Premier’ they’ve been teasing for today would be the new Volvo XC90, a long overdue replacement for the (still surprisingly good) current model which is now more than a decade old. But it’s not. Instead, the big news is that the facelift Volvo XC60 is getting a global launch with Swedish House Mafia’s ditty ‘Leave the World Behind’ as its sound track.
