Not to be confused with a 1963 Volkswagen Beetle with a similar sounding name, Urbee stands for URBan Electric vehicle with Ethanol as back-up. You can see why they settled on Urbee now, can't you? The Urbee is also the world’s first 3D-printed car, and the plan is to drive it from San Francisco to New York - a distance of 2,905 miles - in less than 44 hours.

Lamborghini Veneno Roadster When the first photo of the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster – the open-top take on the Veneno, revealed earlier this year – appeared online yesterday, it seemed likely we’d soon get the official reveal from Sant’agata. And here it is. The Veneno Roadster is another part of Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary celebrations and represents the extremes of what the marque can do.

Ferrari 458 Italia World Première +Video

The Ferrari has its world premiere this week in Maranello Wednesday evening saw gala presentation of the 458 Italia to an invited crowd, and Ferrari had every Ferrari-associated face on display, from Michael Schumacher to Piero Ferrari. It’s the usual glad-handing event, but we do get a few glimpses of the 458 in motion, and it’s a curtain raiser for the proper reveal next week at Frankfurt. I’ll take the nice black one near the end of the video.
