Mercruiser alpha one lower unit Outdrive Sterndrive Sold in As Is condition. Used, good condition, few bangs and bruises, one bigger chip (should not affect usability), fin in good condition. No water pump. What you see is what you will get. Please refer to pictures. I am not sure about gear ratio and/or other details. Gears turn easily by hand. Unit worked with 3.0 4 cyl, but it should fit all Gen 1 uppers Numbers inside the unit: 1623-89-50-0. This is leftover part from my boating days. Oil drained. Shipping $50.00 in continental USA only.
