Condition:For parts or not working

This is a MERCRUISER BRAVO 1 lower unit. It is from a 1992 WELLCRAFT WITH A 7.4 V8 454 ENGINE.

IT HAS THE LOW WATER PICK-UP OPTION IN CASING, ALL SHFTS SPIN STRAIGHT AND TRUE. SPLINES ARE FINE. COULD BE INSTALLED AND USED,    WAS WORKING FINE ON BOAT BEFORE REMOVAL.

Can be installed and used, but;

THIS OUTDRIVE HAS A SMALL CRACK IN THE AREA BY THE PROPELLER AS SHOWN IN PICS. IT ALSO HAS SOME PITTING ON THE CASE FROM BEING LEFT IN WATER FOR ABOUT 2 months . It was previously bottom painted, and not the prettiest.  However, like I said it was working and still will work. It does not leak any oil and crack did not affect performance.  The price represents these defects.   Could be repaired and painted or used as is, or for parts.

Thank you

Wed, 24 Apr 2013

Henrik Fisker's congressional testimony on Wednesday before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will paint the automaker he founded as a victim of "a confluence of events" and as a still-salvageable enterprise. Fisker, who resigned from Fisker Automotive on March 13, is among the automaker and government representatives scheduled to appear before Congress to answer questions regarding $193 million in Department of Energy loans made to the company. Fisker Automotive has appeared to be on the brink of filing for bankruptcy for the past few weeks.
