At Wilkos Marine we understand that by the time you have placed your order you've most likely already missed two perfect days on the water. For this very reason we strive to use the fastest freighting service possible to your destination, keeping in mind that freight costs are of high concern.

We offer a flat rate postage using Australia Post eBay Satchels* and parcel post through Australia Post.  Parcel post is based on box size and weight. These option are available for delivery within Australia, these are also available with the express option.

We also use couriers for larger items and for items not in the Australia Post postage areas.

Our preferred courier is Couriers Please.  Please contact us if you have a courier you would prefer to use and we will do our best to help accommodate your needs.

Postage is on each listing and can be selected at checkout.  We will combine postage, once you have finished shopping, please request a total before you make payment so we can adjust postage accordingly.

We do accept pick up from Caloundra Qld with prior arrangement.

We offer international shipping.  Please contact us to arrange postage quote before purchasing.

All items are packed to the best of our ability.  We do not accept any responsibility for parcels once they have left our warehouse.  But we will try out best to help resolve any issues that may sometimes arise.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us prior to returning your product(s) so we can assist you with any returns you need to make.

Products that are not faulty or buyer changes mind will only be accepted if the following is adhered to:

1.      Buyer must contact us “Wilkos Marine” to gain a return authority prior to returning product.

2.      Product will only be accepted if in original packaging, not used or damaged. They will be inspected upon return.  Refunds will be issued if all requirements are met.

3.      Buyer will pay for any additional postage required to get the product sent back and/or exchanged.

4.      A 10% restocking fee will be charged to buyer on all returns that are not deemed to be warranty.

5.      We do not accept responsibility for any damage to items caused by postage deliveries.  If insurance was purchased a claim can be made by you with the postal outlet who item was delivered through.

Warranty Claims

All items that come with manufacturers warranty will be covered as per the specifics of the individual warranty. 

Any warranty claims need to be approved by Wilkos Marine before returning item(s).

Buyer is responsible for any postage cost incurred with warranty claims
