The last time the boat was run was approximately 3 years ago and the engine ran fine. You can install this as is or it may need points and condenser but the last time the motor was started it ran good. This item is electrical and therefor is being listed and sold in as is condition for a reasonable asking price. What you see in the picture is what you will receive.
