Peugeot RCZ GT THP 1.6 156 Review & Road Test (2010)
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Peugeot RCZ Review & Road Test. Claire gets to play The Peugeot RCZ is a big deal for Peugeot, so we’ve been looking forward to getting our hands on the RCZ for a review and road test more than most cars this year. Peugeot has already shown recently – with cars like the 3008 and 5008 – that they are once again making cars that – if not exactly the drive of your life – are very much a cut above for the driver.
New Honda CR-V: First new CR-V photos appear on Honda’s Japan site
Sun, 30 Oct 2011Firts photo of the 2012 Honda CR-V We first got a proper look at the new Honda CR-V (the 2012 model) in concept form back in July, and at the time Honda told us that they were planning a US release by the end of 2011, but no European release until Autumn of 2012. So the seemingly unheralded reveal of the new CR-V on Honda’s website in Japan is a bit of a surprise. The photo has suddenly appeared in a gallery of teaser photos of the new CR-V on Honda’s website and as far as we can see Honda has done nothing to trail it.
Goodwood Festival of Speed 2011 roundup & HUGE photo gallery
Mon, 04 Jul 2011Goodwood Festival of Speed 2011 with the E-Type sculpture outside the house It’s really quite hard to convey just how enjoyable the Goodwood Festival of Speed is to those who’ve never been. John waxed lyrical over the weekend (someone has to do the weekend news) saying that the Goodwood FoS is “Disneyland for petrolheads, with the world’s greatest cars and greatest drivers wallowing in three days of high-octane worship at the alter of the internal combustion engine” And he’s absolutely right, but there’s more to it than that. It it works because, despite the fame and ability of many of those who turn up to Goodwood every year, from Button to Moss and Evans to Martin, there is little in the way of them and us; it’s 180,000 diverse people drawn together by a common love of all things car.
