Hello! You are looking at a brand new original equipment mercruiser starter. These are oem and will out last any $100 junk starter on ebay. Trust the pro's who know and have seen it all. We are a full service marine repair shop and retail store. We have replaced dozens of $100 aftermarket marine starters over the years with in 1 year of the customers purchase. Mercruiser oem parts are unmatched quality and will give you years of maintenance free service. As long as these starters do not get submerged and your electrical system is up to par they generally last up to 10 years. This starter will fit most 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, and 8 cylinder mercruiser inboard engines with a straight bolt pattern! These new starters replace the old style large mercruiser starters. They are smaller and higher torque. The old style large starters are no longer available. It is recommended you check your bolt pattern before ordering to ensure proper fitment. These starter will also replace other brands (volvo , omc etc) as long as it is a gm block. Please call to ensure fitment if you are not sure!

Nissan Leaf gets battery warranty boost
Fri, 28 Dec 2012Nissan Motor Co. plans to bolster the warranty of the battery module in its electric Leaf to reassure consumers of its durability. The company intends to notify current owners and dealers early next year that it will make the warranty retroactive to cover all existing Leafs, offering to repair or replace the car’s lithium-ion battery if it loses more than 30 percent of its ability to hold a charge after five years or 60,000 miles.
