It is new but, it has been unpacked, bench tested and handled a fair amount............
Brand:Mercury/Mariner Country//Region of Manufacture:Unknown Manufacturer Part Number:8M0090335 UPC:745061880115

This was ordered, received, unpacked, bench tested and handled by several greasy Technician types but, other than that, it's brand new, in the box........They retail for $1019.99 but can be purchased for, roughly $900.00, I'll do Ya one better..........The 75 to 125 thing is just a general guide line, it's a pretty new part # and likely works on a lot of models but, it appears the HP range is indeed 75 to 125, do Your homework cuz, I'd rather not play mail tennis with this beast..........Check out My price then, count Your blessings!!
