Who's Where: Ken Ma joins Geely Automobile as Design Director

His role will be to assist the work of Geely Group Senior Vice Design President, Peter Horbury, in enhancing the Geely brand's design capacity. Ma was formerly Vice President of Design for Changan, a position he held for a year before resigning.
Infiniti EX35
Fri, 24 Aug 2007The EX35 is a slightly smaller and more mainstream SUV than its FX bigger brother from which it takes its core 'coupe SUV' theme. Despite the coupe design references, the vehicle is similar proportionally to the Lexus RX300 and BMW X3 which it will compete with in the US - and also in Europe when the Infiniti brand debuts next year. Little different to the Infiniti EX concept shown in New York, the EX35 uses the core Infiniti graphic design signatures and soft form language but introduces a new flowing side feature line not seen on the Infiniti G37 Coupe launched a few months ago. Interesting technical innovations include the 'Around View Monitor' that uses four cameras to give a 'top-down view' of the outside of the car, and 'Scratch Shield' - a new self-healing clearcoat paint. Tue, 15 May 2012Porsche 918 Spyder Prototype Porsche has revealed the pre-production prototype of the 918 Spyder hybrid supercar, successor to the Carrera GT. The Porsche 918 Spyder – Porsche’s successor to the Carrera GT – is now entering the final stage of its development with the reveal of the Porsche 918 Spyder Prototype. If you look through the camouflage Porsche has given the 918 – a camouflage inspired by the Porsche 917 Racing livery – you can see the changes Porsche has made to the original concept and what will, in all probability, be the final look for the 918.
