You are bidding on a Used Vintage Outboard Lower Unit Propeller Collar Guide with Fish line Cutter Assembly for Motor Mercury Kiekhaefer or Mariner outboard motors, This is a good use able part with normal wear on it, check out the pictures, the prop Collar has 8 teeth. This was removed from a 1971 Mercury 7.5hp. Part number for the Part is 23-47871A2 or 47871A2 or 23-63466 or 75023 or 86665 or 86665A1.

This should fit Some of Mercury or Mariner outboard motors like 4hp, 4.5hp, 7.5hp, 9.8hp 1960's and 1970's and some 1980's I am sure this will work with other motors to.
