hi we are parting an old 1971 merc 65hp motor serial 3154558. had bad powerhead and welded lower unit. good switch box guaranteed motor had a bad cylinder and parted for that reason. should fit 1970-75 50-65 4 cylinder motors. also by the part number 73-75 85hp motors

When the time came to replace it, Fiat went back to Bertone, where chief designer Marcello Gandini was charged with designing its replacement. Not happy to simply recreate the 850, he began with a whole new layout by placing the engine directly in front of the rear axle for a mid-engined layout.
