Honda adds auto headlamps and rear camera, drops Accord name from Crosstour wagon

Honda has made minor changes to the Crosstour wagon for the 2012 model year. The Crosstour was introduced for the 2010 model year. For 2012, auto headlamps, a backup camera, Bluetooth and a USB port join the list of standard equipment.

The company has followed the surprise unveiling of its one-off Superleggera Vision roadster concept at the recent Villa d'Este Concourse d'Eleganza in Italy with this, a five-door production hatchback that is planned to join its North American lineup later this year. Holden will sell cars in Australia beyond 2017

When we heard about Holden's plans to shutter its Australian plants after 2017, we didn't know quite what to think. The General Motors subsidiary was cagey when it came to details, claiming that the brand would remain a presence in Australia -- even maintaining its design office there. Oddly, we couldn't get anyone to say, in black-and-white terms, what vehicles would be sold there under the Holden name after its plants close.
