In the rare event that an item is not as described, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If for some reason, within 14 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your item and want to return it, the item must be in the condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item that is not due to a defect in the order. We will issue a credit for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Warranty Returns - Warranty items will follow the manufacturers warranty policies. Lincoln has appointed Peter Jones as the luxury brand's new interior design manager, a role he will take up within the next few weeks. Jones, who has worked at Ford Australia's design studio for seven years, will report directly to Max Wolff, a former colleague who moved in January 2011 to become Lincoln's Design Director. The Australian designer was interior design manager for the new Ranger and also worked as lead exterior designer on the FG Falcon Ute.

Chinese car makers Pang Da and Youngman today agreed to buy Saab in its entirety from Swedish Automobile. It's the latest extraordinary twist in the saga of Saab, which has been technically bankrupt since September 2011 and built just 11,000 cars this year. The deal, which will see the Chinese car makers pay €100 million for Saab, has not yet however been signed and sealed.

AC Cars is coming back to Britain to build its sports car range at Brooklands. It follows an unsuccessful foray to manufacture cars in Malta – which has ended in a legal dispute over the island factory. The company will make the original AC Ace, the AC MK11, the AC MK11 FIA and the AC MK111 at an AC specialist based in Surrey, England, employing artisans to make the aluminium chassis.
