This rev limiter is like brand new. The motor was damaged from oil injection failure. I have a warranty on this part for 1 year. Make sure other components are tested by a reliable tech, before installing. That includes flywheel, trigger, switch box, coils, regulator and stator. Scion dealers say tiny iQ is coming in 2010
