“This is a fully working outdrive that was taken off a boat that hit a log in the frt bow. Was gonna redo the boat and never finished. This outdrive was taken off many years ago and stored in a dry, warm secure facility. Gonna part the 21 foot celebrity out now. This is an operational outdrive with very few hours on it. If any thing would have a new impeller installed since it has sat for years. Relatively cheap and simple replacement so would do for sure.”

Available for your consideration is a Mercruiser Alpha 1 Outdrive off a 1988 Celebrity 21 Foot cuddy cabin that hit a log and damaged the front hull.. Mechanics never hurt or damaged. This was powered by a 5.0 LX V8 230 hp engine with a Alpha 1 Outdrive.... 1.47 Gear Ratio.....This unit was taken off the boat years ago and stored properly. The prop is no longer any good from laying around the prop was damaged. Which I can remove before delivery. The lighter the better for shipping costs. This is a very good unit this boat was used very little. I have the boat still just never finished fixing it and took the outdrive off years ago so it would not be stolen. I kept it in a heated shop for all these years... This is an excellent outdrive and you will get great uninterrupted service from this drive unit... I would suggest new impeller since it sat I would highly suggest it is replaced and this is a very easy task when off the boat and inexpensive to replace. They dry up when the boat is out of water for sometime as many know...If your looking for an excellent low hours unit look no further you will be very pleased.
