BMW broke the taboo of a diesel engine in a range-topping coupe in the last generation 6 Series, and takes that a step further in the new 6 Series by adding 4Wd to create the BMW 640d xDrive, which will be available as both a coupe and convertible.

LA Design Challenge 2012: Highway Patrol Vehicle 2025

The LA Design Challenge has called for design studios from around the world to compete and create the ultimate law enforcement vehicle for the year 2025. General Motors recalls Chevrolet Impala police cars to repair suspension part

General Motors is recalling 36,413 Chevrolet Impala police vehicles from model years 2008 to 2012. The problem is with the front lower control arm, which may fracture. GM says it may cause tire chirping at low speeds and could result in loss of control of the vehicle at higher speeds, leading to a crash.
