Up for auction is a used flywheel part number 271-817632-C1. Flywheel will fit many V6 motors of various sizes and years. Appears to be in very good condition. The individual whom I bought out was heavily into mercury racing, performance and Bridgeport motors. Needless to say he had a lot of very high dollar performance parts and even though carbs may appear stock they could have been rejetted. Most of my current parts listings have come from a GIANT collection of used parts. I bought out an individual who had a lifetime collection of mercury and omc parts. I can only list the appearance and not the actually operating condition since I've never seen these parts on running motors. Appears to be in good condition. Parts may need cleaning up as I list them the way they come off the motors. Cloud rises over diesel plan for Nissan Maxima
Wed, 18 Mar 2009Nissan North America may postpone a V6 diesel engine planned for the Maxima sedan in 2010. Since the company revealed its Maxima diesel plan two years ago, gasoline prices have fallen dramatically, auto sales have collapsed and Nissan has begun reviewing product plans as it scrambles to restore profitability. "We haven't reached a decision on the diesel yet, but we have to consider where we want to put our capital investments," says Larry Dominique, North American vice president for product planning.
