We are selling a Mercury Outboard Top Mount Remote Control w/ Tilt & Trim Part # 8M0041431 Furnished with single trim switch in handle for trim and trailering. All installations require an Throttle/Shift Cables to complete the installation. Must use Gen II Throttle/Shift Cables design (897978A). Fits all Mercury outboard applications (with integral trim) 1993 and Newer Models. The auction is for the throttle control, hood and gasket. There is no manual or mounting hardware. The hood has a scratch and one of the mounting holes on the hood is broke. But there is still enough for it to mount securely (see pics). The booming market for compact crossovers to blat round our congested urban landscape sees car maker scrabbling to offer up a product that can take the fight to cars like the Nissan Juke, and Renault’s offering in the market will arrive at the Geneva Motor Show in March – the Renault Captur. Before you get too excited, the production version of the Renault Captur appears to have little in common with the Captur Concept we saw at Geneva in 2011 – except for the name – and looks likely to be nothing more than a high-riding Clio 4 with added butchness.
AMG Performance Media mines data from Mercedes-Benz rides

Performance Media is a $2,500 option on AMG-badged Benzes that turns the COMAND display into race control. Using the system, drivers can switch among gauges showing speed or acceleration, lateral and longitudinal g-forces, lap times and oil and trans temperatures.
Detroit Autorama to host Golden Commandos and Ram Chargers drag-racing teams
Fri, 07 Mar 2014Plenty of race-car drivers and automaker executives still remember the mantra, “Win on Sunday, sell on Monday.” The Golden Commandos and Ram Chargers, two drag-racing teams that embody that motto, will make an appearance at the Detroit Autorama at Cobo Center on March 8, from 1-2 p.m. According to Chrysler, this is the only time they have appeared together since competing on the strip in the late 1960s. The Golden Commandos group was started in 1962 by Chrysler technicians, mechanics and engineers who worked in Highland Park, Mich.
