    Payment Terms
  • Payment is required within 14 days.
    Shipping Terms
  • I will ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. I ship as quickly as possible. I ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do not ship Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. I combine shipping when practical. If you purchase multiple books, and your location is within the US, your shipping cost will be calculated at the rate for the heaviest book plus .50 for each additional book - for example: You purchase 4 books, 2 with shipping costs of $3.99 and 2 with shipping costs of $2.99. I'll take one book at $3.99 and charge .50 for each additional book, making your total for this example $5.49 instead of $13.96 if charged separately. Since I am not smart enough to figure out how to program all this within the confines of eBay, just let me know that you need combined shipping and I will follow this rule when I send your invoice. This does NOT apply to shipping outside the U.S or to other items that are not books.

GM stops Chevy Volt production to trim inventory

Fri, 02 Mar 2012

General Motors will idle the Detroit-area assembly plant that builds the Chevrolet Volt for more than a month to curb rising inventories of the plug-in hybrid. On March 1, GM told 1,300 workers at its Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant in Michigan that it will shut down production for five weeks, starting the week of March 19. GM plans to resume production on April 23, spokesman Chris Lee said.

Wed, 15 Apr 2009

An investor group called Telesto Ventures says it wants to acquire Saturn's retail operations and provide dealers with vehicles from General Motors through 2011 and mostly overseas manufacturers thereafter. A GM spokesman said today the group's proposal is legitimate and "very interesting." "I can tell you this is one of the interested parties with Saturn, and we have been working with them throughout this process," said spokesman Steve Janisse. "There are other interested parties as well who we're working with.

2015 Cadillac Escalade interior revealed

Tue, 01 Oct 2013

Cadillac teased the new Escalade last week, but today's shot is an uncamouflaged look at the interior, giving us a good idea of what the new luxo-barge will look like from the driver's seat. Caddy says the new interior combines handcrafted elements with new technology, using the company's cut-and-sew technique. The central part of the instrument cluster looks similar to other current Cadillacs with the CUE system and swipe-touch buttons.
