Returns:
Returns are allowed only if the item is defective or if we made a mistake in the listing. Returns are allowed for 14 days only (used items) or 30 days (new items).  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring proper packaging. Buyer must contact us via email before returning any item and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Buyer is responsible for doing his own research to ensure purchase of the correct part. Returns are not allowed due to purchase of incorrect part or change of mind.
