A USED OEM MERCURY 200HP 20 INCH RIGHT HAND ROTATION LOWER UNIT REMOVED FROM A 1993 EFI 2.5 LITRE XRI WE ARE PARTING OUT, NON PRELOAD STYLE WHICH IS THE MORE DESIRABLE STYLE OF LOWER.  THIS WAS REMOVED FROM A PERFECTLY GOOD RUNNING MOTOR UP UNTIL THE POINT IT LOST A  PISTON.  THIS UNIT FUNCTIONED GREAT, THE SKAG IS NOT DAMAGE OUTSIDE OF TYPICAL ORDINARY USE AND HAS NEVER BEEN REPAIRED.  THIS HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE MOTOR FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS SO YOU MAY WANT TO SERVICE THE LOWER WITH FLUID BEFORE USE, AS THE OIL WILL BE DRAINED OUT OF IT FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.  THIS IS FROM A FRESHWATER USE MOTOR.  WE BELIEVE THIS SHOULD FIT MANY 2.4 & 2.5 LITRE MERCURY V-6 APPLICATIONS

As with all concept cars, the Jaguar C-X17’s interior is the least production-viable element of the entire design, but it does give vital clues to the direction that design boss Ian Callum and his team are evaluating for the future. The focus is on clean, strong, flowing design, one that shuns clutter for pared-back simplicity. Open the door and you’ll notice both the sense of space and the small F-type steering wheel and four individual bucket seats, the latter two elements suggesting a nimble, involving driving experience.

Toyota & BMW to work together on next-gen lithium-ion batteries BMW and Toyota are to work together to develop next-generation lithium-ion battery technology to try and make battery power more effective. Late last year we learnt that BMW and Toyota are to work more closely to share technology and expertise as the car industry enters a period of consolidation and partnership to try and keep R&D costs under control, and make their products more cost-effective. The result of the BMW Toyota tie-up sees BMW getting access to some of Toyota’s Hybrid nous and Toyota getting access to BMW’s excellent diesel engines.
