These are stock mercusier 500 EFI headers , they taken off my Donzi used for 5 years saltwater used . Each header had a pinhole leak , that were welded see pictures , flanges are good . I did run these on my boat with out problems butt no guarantee these are 5 year old headers

BMW: Carbon fiber goes high volume in 2013
Tue, 12 Jul 2011BMW AG plans to begin high-volume production of carbon fiber parts in two years, making it a strong contender to be the first automaker to move beyond limited-edition use of the exotic material. But Daimler AG, which has taken steps aimed at making carbon fiber parts in 2012, is among the automakers racing toward the same goal. In 2013, BMW will start building the i3 electric car, a vehicle that features a passenger cell--the protective shell around the passenger compartment that ensures the integrity of the vehicle in a crash--made of plastic reinforced with carbon fiber.

But this time we have a UK made plug-in hybrid from minnow car maker Axon Automotive. Axon Automotive’s plug-in hybrid has been revealed at the Milton Keynes Science Festival and can be used as a pure electric car or with its small petrol or bioethanol engine.
Volkswagen 'will build the XL1' - Piech
Thu, 27 Jan 2011Volkswagen will build the radical 313mpg XL1 eco cigar in 2013, Ferdinand Piech revealed at the Qatar motor show. In an interview with Automotive News, the VW chairman said: 'We want to go into series production with this car starting in 2013.' He insisted it would go on sale to real people, not just as media demonstrators. And VW chief exec Martin Winterkorn added the XL1 would be sold in Europe first, then be rolled into the US and Chinese car markets.
