INCONEL Tri-Y merge collectors. 2 1/8" I.D. inlet merges into a 2 1/2" O.D. pipe. The overall length is between 12 1/2" to 13" (they are not the same length). These collectors have a slight bend 3" from the end. This is a great way to change your 4 into 1 headers to these Tri-Y collectors for a broader power band that is less peaky. Tri-Y collectors are great for applications with a wide RPM swings and part throttle use such as street cars, road racing, late model stock cars and off road racing.

 

The Tri-Y  design is great for adjustability for tuning over the 4 into 1 design. These collectors are in excellent condition with no scraped, dings or damage

The 24th-annual EyesOn Design car show will honor Volkswagen Group design chief Walter de'Silva with a Lifetime Design Achievement Award, the organizers said. De'Silva is responsible for designing the passenger cars for Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini and Volkswagen. He designed the 2008 Volkswagen Golf, the '10 Touareg and many others.

Lexus LF-NX Turbo concept debuts in Tokyo

Lexus introduced its first turbocharged motor on Wednesday at the Tokyo Motor Show. The 2.0-liter with a twin-scroll turbo debuted in the Lexus LF-NX Turbo Concept CUV. For you engineers, the boosted four gets a high-tumble intake port, which cuts down on air turbulence, fan spray fuel injection, variable-valve timing and a cylinder head-integrated exhaust manifold.

Car Design Awards China 2013 winners revealed

Six months of work by students in China prefaced the announcement of the winners of this year's Car Design Awards China, held at a glittering ceremony in Shanghai just prior to the opening of the Shanghai auto show. The judges were highly complimentary about the quality of entries and the rapid progress in design terms being seen in student work in China. Judges comments "Mature development and beautiful presentation, a most professional submission," was the comment about one of the leading entries.
