This is an interesting nude Mermaid Lighter that would like nice on the dashboard of a Rat Rod. Made of Metal. Good Condition. I do not know if it functions as a lighter -it has not been tested & does need a butane refill. Measures a 3-1/4" tall and has a 2" x 1-1/4" base. Her left arm drops causing the spark.
