Noble M600 arrives

Noble has released details of the 650bhp Noble M600 I think this is what is called ‘Going up-market’. The M600 is going to cost in the region of £200,00, which is a rather large chunk of change more than you’ve had to pay for any Noble to date. Which does tend to suggest that either Noble has lost its marbles, or the M600 offers rather more than previous Nobles.

Strip away the big wheels, give it a few numberplates and you're looking at the next Audi A3. Audi unveiled this thinly veiled production car at the 2011 Geneva motor show this morning. So this is the next Audi A3? Pretty much, although while it is undoubtedly a sharp looking saloon, from the front three-quarter angle you’d be hard pushed to work out whether this was an A3 or A6.

£2m McLaren P1 GTR for Pebble Beach

McLaren McLaren will show its new P1 GTR – pictured here for the first time in an official teaser shot above – at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance car show next month. The P1 GTR will feature a number of circuit-biased modifications – including a 1,000hp engine – and will cost £1.98 million.
