Product details:

SPORT MOD/STOCK CAR FABRICATED 3-PIECE PINTO SPINDLE

Speedway Motors 3-piece Pinto replacement spindle to be used in conjunction with the 1979-up GM Metric front brake rotors, bearings and calipers. Reconstruction of the spindle in a newly forged, heat-treated steel design that is both stronger and lighter than the original. These spindles serve as a replacement for cars currently running Pinto/Mustang II setups. The 8 degree pin inclination not only improves handling and driver feel, but also dynamically adds cross weight to the car during counter steering which leads to increased drive off the corner. The shortened, dropped steering arm reduces spacing requirements on outer tie rods and minimizes bump steer while improving overall strength.

Note:  Accepts '79-Up GM Metric rotors, calipers, stock tapered lower ball joints and is reamed to accept 7 degree upper ball joints. The unique three-piece construction provides for fast, convenient and affordable replacement of individual components in the event of a crash. These spindles are IMCA approved for use in competition.

Kit includes spindle, bolt-on "short" steering arm, caliper bracket and necessary hardware. Assembly is required.

Toyota GT86 Drift Sprint with Keiichi Tsuchiya

Mon, 23 Jul 2012

The Toyota GT86 gets another dose of ‘Cheap Fun’ PR with the Drift Sprint competition featuring Keiichi Tsuchiya. Keiichi Tsuchiya is the ‘Drift King’ with his Toyota AE86 sliding and squirming in balletic slides as he makes it dance in a way cars just don’t. So it makes sense to get Keiichi Tsuchiya in to the driving seat of the new Toyota GT86 to show that an affordable sports car from Toyota can be a whole bunch of fun in ways that more powerful cars just aren’t.

Lexus LF-NX concept

Wed, 04 Sep 2013

Lexus' LF-NX mid-size crossover concept, which debuts next week in Frankfurt, explores the possibility of a future model in the carmaker's range that would take on the Range Rover Evoque and Audi Q3. The concept previews another evolution of the ‘L-finesse' design language and features angular design and a front that's dominated by the huge spindle grille as well as Lexus' signature front light arrangement. Like the Lexus IS, the arrow-shaped DRLs are separated from the headlamps, while the front corners separate the bumper from the front wings with a sharp vertical line.

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 19 December 2007 12:42 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Forum. No, not that Forum where Kareem Abdul-Jabbar did his best work, but Nissan’s new minivan concept. Due to be unveiled at Detroit in January 2008 the concept is, according to Nissan, 'a forum for family gatherings'.
