Lexus HS250h unveiled at Detroit auto show 2009
Mon, 12 Jan 2009By Tim Pollard Motor Shows 12 January 2009 13:47 Lexus showed off its latest hybrid car at this week’s Detroit auto show 2009: the new HS250h. The new combination of letters and numbers confirm this is a new additional petrol-electric hybrid to sit alongside the existing models such as the GS450h, RX450h and LS600h. It’s shorter than, but as wide as, the Lexus IS and is in the compact executive mould.
Fiat to build a 'baby' Jeep, Fiat derivative in Italy
Mon, 03 Oct 2011Fiat will build a "baby" Jeep in Italy to sell in Europe and possibly also the United States, two company sources told Automotive News Europe. The new Jeep will be smaller than the Patriot and Compass. The model will be produced in Fiat's home plant of Mirafiori in Turin, alongside a similar vehicle for the Fiat brand that will replace the Sedici and an Alfa Romeo subcompact car for sale in Europe and North America.

And the car buying public seem to agree. Ford’s latest Kuga is selling so well Ford has had to up production for Europe, and the new compact EcoSport SUV is about to take on the world, with Ford planning to roll it out in 60 countries across the globe in the next few years.
