This hoop is in perfect shape. No rust or rot. Still has original paint on it. Nothing on the hoop is bent or twisted. The extra black tabs on the hoop are just electrical tape that was used to hold the wiring. I have chose to do a local pick up on this item. New Audi e-Tron at Detroit – the ‘Compact’ e-Tron
Mon, 11 Jan 2010Audi has revealed a compact version of the e-Tron at the Detroit Motor Show Audi brought along the first Audi e-Tron to the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Looking like an electric version of the Audi R8, it managed to steal some of the thunder from BMW’s Vision ED concept . Most notable was the stratospheric torque figures Audi quoted, which ultimately turned out to be somewhat disingenuous.

The Lagonda SUV was met with wails of anguish from lovers of Aston Martin’s timeless beauty but, despite the horror at the looks of the SUV, the prospect that Aston Martin could be heading down a collaboration route with Mercedes was welcome. It was welcome because without the support of a major car maker – and access to its technology – Aston Martin would have little chance of a bright future; there is no way a minnow like Aston Martin could afford the development cost of new engines and platforms.
